The L2 Global Preparedness Institute in cooperation with the FEMA Emergency Management Institute delivered the five courses required for completion of the Basic Emergency Management Academy for the San Diego Urban Area Security Initiative. 25 personnel from across California and several neighboring states worked together as a cohort to complete the foundations training program.
