As an SBA 8(a) Program Participant, Federal law allows Federal Agencies to award sole source contracts to the SBA on behalf of an eligible 8(a) firm of their choice. We leverage our Federal Government compliant systems and processes to serve our State and Local customer base.  Our corporation is registered in both Maryland and Florida and we are able to serve any State agency in the U.S.  We are also certified by the State of Maryland as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
