The L2 Global Preparedness Institute Flight Operations Branch completed an advanced multi-day sUAS/drone flight operations training course for the Atlanta Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI). This hands-on flight training course provided FAA Remote Piloted Aircraft (drones) pilots to fly under unique conditions including inside of buildings, enclosures, light limited areas and precision flight. These skills will enhance the capability of the UASI pilots to support public safety incidents utilizing their sUAS drone aircraft.
