Effective training is essential to fielding equipment successfully and sustaining its proper operation. Regardless of how advanced a technology is, improper or inadequate training will negatively impact its performance, capability, and intended purpose. Conversely, effective training allows operators to maximize the equipment’s capabilities while operating with confidence, efficiency, and precision.

At L2 Defense, our mission is to provide accurate, relevant and results-oriented training products and services that emphasize both operator performance and safety. In pursuit of this mission, we rigorously prepare operators and maintainers for the accomplishment of their mission through the use of classroom instruction, realistic scenarios and hands-on practical application. We provide state-of-the art and solution-based training designed to improve student’s confidence, knowledge base, and operational capability.

Leveraging our team members’ distinguished military experience, certifications, training and training experience, we support Warfighter, First Responder and civilian training projects of varied scope and size – from serving as an as-needed training contractor for equipment manufacturers to managing and executing large, multi-service Department of Defense training programs. Specifically, L2 Defense provides comprehensive training solutions that span from front-end training analyses and requirements development to military-compliant course development and instruction. We are particularly skilled in CBRN Defense, HazMat response and general military training, and apply the same processes and standards to training needs outside of these areas.
