MR. ROOSEVELT ROGERS
DIRECTOR, TRAINING SOLUTIONS
With more than 25 years of military service, Roosevelt Rogers is a well-known and well-respected authority in the areas of military training and CBRN Defense. Before retiring from the U.S. Army as a Chemical First Sergeant (E-8), Mr. Rogers served with distinction as a leader, trainer and training developer with the responsibility of training doctrine, tactics and techniques to soldiers and civilian responders.
After his retirement from the military, Mr. Rogers took on training leadership assignments with the 3rd Chemical Brigade’s Incident Response Training Department (IRTD) at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri and then with a prominent defense contractor.
In his current position with L2 Defense, Mr. Rogers is responsible for developing and overseeing all training programs and activities. Mr. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Columbia College and various IFSAC HazMat certifications.
